AI for Founders

From idea to live product. No developer required.

You have an idea. This programme ends with a real person who isn't you using the product you built — with real code, no co-founder, no dev team. The gap between an idea and a working product is smaller than you think. You leave with something live. That's the only metric that matters.

Before you start — set the expectation right

This is not a no-code programme.

You'll write and direct real code using Claude Code. You'll deploy to Netlify, connect a Supabase database, wire up Stripe payments, and send emails via Resend. These are real tools, doing real things — not drag-and-drop flows.

What Claude Code does is make that possible without years of experience. You direct it clearly, review what it produces, spot what needs changing. That's a skill in itself — and by the end, you'll have it.

This is for you if

  • ✓ You have an idea — maybe several — and the thing stopping you from building it isn't the idea. It's the gap between wanting to build and actually being able to.
  • ✓ You've thought about hiring a developer but the cost, the dependency, and the loss of control don't sit right with you.
  • ✓ You want to ship something real — a product someone else can use and pay for — not a prototype that lives on your laptop.

This is not for you if

  • — You want to build automations and internal tools for your own team. That's AI Builder — breadth across three build types, not depth on one product.
  • — You want to watch and learn. Every sprint requires a working build to advance — there's no passive path through this programme.
  • — You're an experienced developer. This programme is designed for people who haven't shipped software before.

The programme

Four sprints. Eight nodes. One live product.

Sprint 1 builds your confidence on a provided brief. Sprints 2–4 build your product — your idea, your users, their money.

F0
Pre-setup — before Sprint 1 unlocks
Create and verify five accounts: GitHub, Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend. Sprint 1 unlocks only when all five are confirmed. Takes around 30 minutes. Do this once — then your stack is ready for everything that follows.
Sprint 1 — Guided practice
Build Clearbrief
You're given a brief — a simple link-in-bio tool called Clearbrief. Not your idea, deliberately. By the end of Sprint 1 you have a live URL, a Supabase back office, a Stripe payment button, email confirmation, and an admin dashboard. Your first live product — before self-doubt has time to set in.
→ Build: Live deployed Clearbrief — form → Supabase, confirmation email, Stripe payment link, admin view
Sprint 2 — Your product
Build the MVP
Your idea, now. Submit a one-sentence MVP scope first — Claude API evaluates whether it's a single feature, a specific user, and something buildable. Once scoped, you build the core feature and wire in Stripe payments. By the end: a live, payment-enabled version of your own product.
→ Build: Live deployed MVP of your own product — core feature working, Stripe payment connected
Sprint 3 — Connect the systems
Full back office
Build out what a real product needs: user data flowing to Supabase, confirmation emails via Resend, a support contact, and a founder dashboard showing two real data points from your own users. By the end, your product isn't just live — it's connected.
→ Build: Fully connected product — data flowing, emails sending, founder dashboard live
Sprint 4 — Real user session
Someone who actually has the problem uses it
Find someone who genuinely has the problem your product solves — a friend, a contact, anyone, as long as they'd actually use it. Watch them use your product without explaining or guiding. Document what breaks, what they skip, what they don't understand. The session notes are your deliverable. This is the hardest and most important thing a founder does.
→ Build: Structured session notes — what they did, what broke, what you're building next

What you leave with

✓Live Clearbrief deployment — your first product, Sprint 1
✓Your live MVP — payment-enabled, Supabase back office, emails, founder dashboard
✓Session notes from a real user — what they did, what broke, what you're building next
✓The discipline to build from what users actually do — not what you hoped they'd do

What it looks like

You're building, not watching. Here's Sprint 2 in progress.

A real scope, real code, a real product getting closer to launch. Not a tutorial — a build to complete.

The track record

Built on a format that has already worked — at scale.

Autonomy is built on iO-Sphere's simulation-based training format — the same approach that has trained 700+ professionals at some of the UK's most demanding organisations. The format: real briefs, real outputs, assessed against professional criteria. Same principle here — except the product is yours.

Questions

The things people usually ask

No prior experience required — but this is not a no-code programme. You'll write and direct real code using Claude Code. What makes it accessible is that Claude Code does the heavy lifting when you can describe clearly what you want. The skill you're developing is how to direct AI to build software — and that's learnable without years of coding background.
No — Sprint 1 uses a provided brief (Clearbrief, a link-in-bio tool) so you can build your first product before your own idea takes centre stage. By the time you reach Sprint 2, you'll have enough hands-on confidence that scoping your own idea feels manageable rather than overwhelming. The scope check in Sprint 2 also keeps it focused — one feature, one specific user, something buildable.
Each sprint is a self-contained build — your pace, no deadline. You advance when your product passes the sprint criteria, not when a timer runs out. Start when you're ready. Stop when life gets in the way. Your progress saves exactly where you left it.
A laptop and a Claude Pro subscription (~£18/month) for Claude Code. You'll also set up free accounts on GitHub, Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend in pre-setup (F0) — all have free tiers to start. Stripe charges standard payment processing fees when you accept real payments. These are all professional tools you keep and use after the programme.
AI Builder (£499) is a breadth programme — you build three different types of things: an automation, an internal tool, and something for a specific person. It's for professionals who want to build across a range of problems they encounter at work. AI for Founders is a depth programme — you build one product, someone else uses it, and by Sprint 4 they can pay for it. If you have a product idea and want to ship it, Founders is the right programme. If you want to build useful things for your team and clients across different problem types, Builder is the better fit.
Take the free AI Readiness Assessment — about 5 minutes, tells you where you stand and which programme fits. The programme is mastery-based: you only advance when your build meets the criteria. Questions before buying? Email [email protected] — you'll hear back from a real person.
