Sprint 2

The Analytical Engine

SQL from foundations to advanced queries. Python and pandas. Data cleaning. AI tools woven throughout — you do tasks manually, then with AI, and compare. You learn both because you need to know when AI is cutting corners.

→ Build: SQL query suite + Python analysis pipeline + data cleaning workflow.

Sprint 3

The Data Storyteller

Stakeholder communication, Power BI dashboards, and the same analysis presented three ways — for the CFO, the VP Sales, and the Compliance team. The skill is knowing what each audience needs.

→ Build: Interactive Power BI dashboard + 3-version stakeholder communication for a single analytical finding.

Sprint 4 — Capstone

The Impact Leader

Advanced SQL, advanced Python, ML basics, and presenting under challenge. Capstone: a churn spike emergency with the CFO and VP Sales in the room, a planted data quality issue to find, and a recommendation required.

→ Build: Prism capstone — full churn diagnosis under time pressure + stakeholder communication. The main portfolio piece. Plus Tableau bridging module.
