Universal AI

AI becomes how you work — not something you occasionally use.

AI goes from something you open when you remember to, to part of how you actually work. No code, no technical setup. By the end you've built systems around your real job — recurring outputs automated, knowledge organised, the week running differently. For any professional, any role.

Built on iO-Sphere's simulation-based training format — the same approach that has trained 700+ professionals at BAE Systems, PwC, and leading UK firms.

How Universal AI differs from AI Ready

AI Ready · £129 Universal AI · £499
Who it's for Any professional — including those who've barely tried AI Already using AI regularly — wants it built into how they actually work
Starting point "I use ChatGPT sometimes" "I use Claude or ChatGPT most days — but there's no real system to it"
What it builds Habits: quality, verification, knowing when AI is wrong 5 live systems embedded in your actual job
Tools needed Any AI tool — free tiers work Claude Projects + Zapier (own accounts)
Result "I can do things I couldn't before" "This is how I work now"

They are sequential, not competing. AI Ready first makes Universal AI easier. Universal AI is the step from occasional use to structural use.

This is for you if

  • ✓You use AI — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — but reactively. You open it when you're stuck, not as your starting point. You want AI embedded, not occasional.
  • ✓You work in a profession that doesn't fit neatly into Finance, Marketing, or Data — you're a teacher, lawyer, GP, consultant, civil servant, account manager, or something else entirely.
  • ✓You want the time back. You want your most recurring output to take 20 minutes instead of 2 hours. You want to stop doing manually what AI can do while you sleep.

This is not for you if

  • —You're brand new to AI. Start with AI Ready (£129) — it builds the foundations this programme assumes. You can come back to Universal AI when you've got the basics.
  • —You want to build software or automations for a business. That's AI Builder (£499) or AI for Founders (£799) — different tools, different goals.

The programme

Five sprints. Five live systems. Built from your job.

You don't work through examples. You bring your actual job — your recurring tasks, your outputs, your problems — and build five things that stay useful after the programme ends.

Tool cost note: Sprints 3–5 require Claude Pro (~£18/month) and Zapier Starter (~£16/month). These are professional tools you keep and continue using after the programme. Not tools you rent for the duration — tools you own.

Sprint 1
Your AI Workspace
Set up Claude Projects as a personal AI workspace — custom instructions that capture your role, context, and standards. Upload 3–5 documents from your real work. Produce the first real output from within the project in Sprint 1.
→ Build: A contextualised AI workspace that knows your job. First usable output before Sprint 1 is done.
Sprint 2
Your Repeatable Best Work
One recurring output — the thing you produce every week or month — gets rebuilt. You identify what makes the best version of it good, build a process that replicates it, and produce a version at that standard.
→ Build: A repeatable process for your most recurring output. From now on: 20 minutes, not 2 hours.
Sprint 3
Automate a Task
One manual task that happens on a trigger — email arrives, form submitted, time passes — gets automated using Zapier. You scope it, build it, test it, and document what it does and what happens when it fails.
→ Build: A working Zapier automation that runs without you. Screenshot evidence required.
Sprint 4
Your Knowledge Infrastructure
Build a knowledge base from your own work materials — documents, reference files, standards. Query it with real work questions. Refine it until the answers are actually useful, not just plausible.
→ Build: A queryable knowledge base from your own materials. Ask it anything about your domain.
Sprint 5 — Capstone
Your AI-Powered Working Day
Map your current working week. Identify every point where AI should now touch it — based on what you've built in Sprints 1–4. Run a real working day using your full setup. Submit a documented before/after: what changed, what's measurably different, what you'd do next.
→ Build: A documented before/after of your working week. Proof that something actually changed. Your main portfolio piece.

What you leave with

✓A personal AI workspace (Claude Projects) configured for your role and standards
✓A repeatable process for your most time-consuming recurring output
✓A working Zapier automation — live, tested, running without you
✓A queryable knowledge base built from your own work materials
✓A documented before/after of your working week — proof you can point to (Sprint 5 — the main portfolio piece)

Inside a sprint

This is what it looks like when you're inside a sprint

Your work. Your context. A real brief — and a standard it has to meet.

1 of 5 sprints complete
📋 Sprint brief
Identify your most time-consuming recurring output. Rebuild it so the best version takes 20 minutes.
Sprint 2 · Your work context · Role: You
Pick the output you produce most often — the one that eats 2 hours every time. It might be a weekly report, a client update, a proposal, a summary, a briefing note. Name it. Then identify: what makes the best version of this good? What information does it need? What standard does it have to meet?
The test: could someone use your process to produce the same output at the same standard — without asking you how? If not, the process isn't documented enough yet.
Your deliverable
A documented, repeatable process for your recurring output — plus a version of the output produced using that process, at your best standard.
Your submission
Recurring output: Weekly client status update (sent every Friday — usually 90 mins to write).

What makes the best version good: concise, no fluff, flags issues before they surprise the client, ends with one clear ask.

Process: [1] Pull Notion task list for client — filter by status. [2] Prompt: "Summarise progress this week in 3 bullets, flag one risk, suggest one action from the client." [3] Review and personalise — 10 mins...

"I'm in HR so I went in thinking most of it wouldn't really apply to me, but I ended up automating parts of our HR process and building a system that flags people who might be ready for promotion — before that it was all just me trawling through spreadsheets."

Questions

The things people usually ask

AI Ready (£129) is for people at the start — building the habits that make AI reliable: quality output, verification, knowing when it's wrong. Universal AI assumes those habits and goes further: embedding AI structurally into how you actually work, using your real job as the material. Do AI Ready first if you're new to AI. Universal AI is the step after.
Sprints 1–2 work with any Claude account (free tier). Sprints 3–5 require Claude Pro (~£18/month) and Zapier Starter (~£16/month). These are tools you keep and use after the programme — not tools you rent for the duration. If cost is a concern, the programme is structured so you can use free tiers for the first two sprints before committing to the paid tools.
Any. This is the horizontal programme — designed for teachers, solicitors, consultants, GPs, civil servants, account managers, practice managers, advisors, and anyone else whose job doesn't map neatly to Finance, Marketing, or Data. The programme is built around your work, not a fixed scenario. You bring the context; the structure does the rest.
5 sprints, your pace. No deadline, no cohort. You advance when your output meets the standard. Most people complete it across two to three weeks alongside work — but there's no timer. Come back whenever you're ready; progress saves automatically.
Five live, usable things built from your actual job: a personal AI workspace, a repeatable process for your most recurring output, a working automation, a queryable knowledge base, and a documented before/after of how your working week changed. Not a certificate for watching videos — systems you actually use.
Universal AI is about embedding AI into your existing professional work — no code, no building software. AI Builder (£499) and AI for Founders (£799) involve writing and directing real code using Claude Code — building tools, automations, and products for others. Universal AI uses no-code tools only (Claude Projects + Zapier). Different goals, different people.
