These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autonomy, an AI-powered learning platform operated by Hyphen Education Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By purchasing access or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Autonomy provides AI-powered learning content, adaptive assessments, and a simulated workplace environment ("Prism") designed to help learners develop data and AI skills. Access is provided via a web application at autonomy-platform.com.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Autonomy. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Access is via email magic link — no password required. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Do not share your access links with others. Each purchase grants access to one individual account.
We offer the following access options:
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a rolling 30-day basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, email oscar@hyphenedu.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase, except where required by law.
You agree not to:
All platform content — including learning materials, AI tutor outputs, the Prism simulation, and software — is owned by or licensed to Hyphen Education Group Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription or lifetime access period.
Autonomy uses AI to generate personalised learning content and assessments. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We do not guarantee that content is error-free. Learning outcomes vary by individual and we make no guarantee of specific skill attainment or employment outcomes.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. In such cases, refunds will be assessed case by case. You may close your account at any time by emailing oscar@hyphenedu.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyphen Education Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Autonomy. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
